What is Community Missions? This is our shared calling from Jesus Christ, to share the Good News of Salvation throughout the world.

Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

Jesus gave these final words to his disciples, his last will and testament, and through our study of God’s Word, we know the disciples represent the entire body of Christ. Therefore, we are all called to this duty as believers in Jesus.

How do I become a team volunteer and what is required? If you have accepted Jesus as your savior according to scripture, you are called to share that faith with anyone and everyone. Simply reach out to us through the comments tab at the top of each page and request our ministry cards and you will be added to our team. The rest is in your hands and we will be praying for each other daily in carrying out our shared mission.

Remember this, it’s not about how many cards you pass out – it’s about each individual that you are prompted to engage with and that is where we hope these ministry cards will come in handy, as an ice-breaker, a way to open the door to sharing your own personal faith and what Jesus means to you.

We encourage our Mission Team Members to be prayerful and sensitive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit – God will bring that person across your path that needs to hear the truth – it might be your neighbor, a co-worker, someone you do business with or maybe a stranger you encounter – God will bring those people into your life and you will have that opportunity to share your testimony of redemption through Jesus Christ.
